ConsoleScope and responsibility
This policy applies to consolehub.io and correspondence with the Console Hub operator. Data inside a customer-operated Console Hub installation is managed by that customer under their own policies. The public-site operator does not automatically receive your host inventory, saved credentials, terminal content or installation database.
Information processed
Website delivery infrastructure can process IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths and browser information needed to deliver and protect the site. When you email support, we receive the sender address, the message and any information or attachments you choose to include.
Why we use it
Information is used to deliver and protect the website, respond to requests, investigate reported issues and comply with applicable obligations. Do not include passwords, private keys, Vault keys, license keys or customer data in an initial support request.
No marketing analytics on this site
This global site does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts. It has no lead form or embedded checkout. The installation Copy control writes only the command you explicitly choose to copy; it does not read your clipboard.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides delivery and security infrastructure. Support correspondence may be processed by the operator's email infrastructure. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable policies and safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure may occur to operate the service, comply with law or protect rights and security.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable security, legal or dispute-handling needs, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Access is restricted according to operational need. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed entirely risk-free.
Requests and inquiries
Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and explain any retention obligation. This process concerns information held by the operator; it does not remotely delete data from your own installation.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. If paid purchasing or optional analytics is introduced on the global site, its processing and choices will be described before that feature is made available.
