Acceptance and scope

These terms govern use of the Console Hub public website, software and support provided by the Console Hub operator. By downloading, installing or using the software you agree to these terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use the service if you cannot accept these terms.

The service is self-hosted

Console Hub supplies software and product guidance. You supply and control the deployment environment, managed hosts, accounts, network connectivity, credentials, backups and the actions taken through the workspace. The software provides no ownership of or permission to access a target system.

Plan and license requirements

Use the software only within the applicable plan and license entitlement. Do not bypass limits, tamper with license enforcement or misrepresent license status. Intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners; use of the software does not transfer those rights. Third-party software retains its own license terms.

Operate only authorized systems

Do not use Console Hub for unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, service disruption or unlawful activity. Protect accounts and credentials, grant only necessary access and comply with the laws and policies applicable to the systems and data you manage.

Your operational responsibilities

Review commands and configuration before applying them. Maintain backups, verify restore procedures, keep the installation updated and control its network exposure. Destructive actions can cause data loss or service interruption. Optional AI output must be reviewed and is not executed automatically as an authoritative instruction.

External services

Docker registries, remote systems, infrastructure providers and any AI endpoint you configure are separate services subject to their own terms. Their availability, cost and data handling are not guaranteed by Console Hub. This global website does not currently offer paid checkout.

Support and changes

Product support is provided through the published contact channels, without a promised response time, availability target or managed-operations service. Features and compatibility can evolve with software updates. Review release notes and use a tested change procedure.

Misuse and ending use

Misuse or breach of applicable entitlement may lead to access or license restrictions where permitted by law. You may stop using the software and remove your installation. Back up and handle your data before removing containers or volumes. Removing an installation does not automatically remove correspondence held by the operator.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every environment. The operator is not responsible for your infrastructure administration or backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Mandatory rights and changes

Applicable mandatory consumer and other statutory protections remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Material changes will be identified with an updated date and communicated by an appropriate method.
