Configure RDP or VNC
Configure RDP for an RDP-enabled host, or VNC where a VNC service is available. Each protocol has its own profile and labeled tab. Console Hub does not enable a desktop service on the destination for you.
Connect through Console Hub
Console Hub handles RDP and VNC connections on your server and displays the remote desktop in your browser. Its internal remote desktop gateway is not exposed as a public service.
Copy text and transfer files
Use the RDP workspace’s text clipboard controls to copy text between your browser and remote session. Available controls differ between RDP and VNC. Use the SFTP workspace for file transfers.
Check connection requirements
Verify the service is enabled, the configured account is allowed to sign in, and Console Hub can reach the destination port. Your network policies and remote operating-system permissions still apply.
